GUIDELINES FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with the legal obligations under Regulation 2016/679 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of data (GDPR) as well as the Spanish Organic Law 3 / 2018 of December 5, 2018 for the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), the guidelines for the processing and use of data provided by customers and / or users to TAKTO SCP are listed below. The present data protection declaration can be changed at any time for the purpose of adapting to new legal regulations or to improve data security. In the case of new regulations, the company informs its customers and users about the changes made to the processing of their personal data. All natural persons who are interested in the products and services offered by TAKTO, SCP via the usual channels are deemed to be “users” in the sense of this data protection declaration. 2. OBJECTIVES AND LEGALITY
To which Purpose is the personal data of customers and users processed?
• Contractually based purposes within the scope of the provision of services Fulfillment of a legally concluded and / or executed contract, agreement or order for the provision of the services offered within the scope of the business activities of TAKTO SCP (design of jewelry and similar services) as well as communication and information to the ordered and / or requested products and / or services. Only those data are requested that are absolutely necessary for the provision of the service, the maintenance of the contractual relationship and mutual communication. If this information is not provided, the service cannot be provided optimally and professionally and the tasks assigned to TAKTO SCP cannot be properly processed and carried out.

The consent remains effective even after the contractual relationship with TAKTO SCP has ended, but without prejudice to any declarations to the contrary by exercising the rights provided by the legal regulations and this data protection declaration with regard to the personal data provided by the person concerned. How long will the personal data be stored? The personal data of users are stored for the duration of the contractual relationship with TAKTO SCP and / or for as long as the purpose for which they were provided exists. The data of the subscribers to the newsletters sent by e-mail and messages in connection with the activities of TAKTO SCP are stored for the duration of the subscription until the person concerned asks to terminate the same. What rights do users have? TAKTO SCP informs the user about the possibility of exercising his right to information, correction, objection, deletion, transferability and restriction of processing as well as refusal to process automated profiles of the personal data collected by the company.
